5* tan, 5* staff (been twice now and will go again, they’re lovely & do a fab job), few improvement areas though: after each customer there should be a fresh towel on floor and clean walls & floor, and maybe a mirror in the room? Other than that, loves it!x

Therapist seemed very nervous and kept apologising every time she removed a strip. The result was very patchy and she had damaged skin in places which I've never experienced before. Would definitely not return
