Had a nice experience overall, had to wait a few minutes for the appointment to start though.
Lovely staff, good treatment but left small amounts of wax. Also could potentially use some music. But otherwise really good.
No waiting and straight into appointment , girl very friendly and was understanding when it was a bit painful at times which waxing can be. I was comfortable in the room and it was an efficient service
