Previously had a good experience here but sadly I will not be returning. I had requested Mia when I booked but was given someone else, who seemed like she couldn’t be bothered to do my treatment. My eyebrows were a nice shape thanks to my previous appointment but now they are wonky and different lengths!! Really disappointed and hope they will grow back to how they were.
So disappointing. Didnt spray the back of my legs (!) And the room opens right next to the nail area so the technician and any customers there get an eyeful. They wouldnt even give me a refund.
