I went to Paint today for the first time, and had a cut and blow dry. While the hair cut was great, a few details reduced the overall score by one star. First, they called me this morning to ask to move my appointment back by 15 minutes. This was fine, but when I arrived they kept me waiting for another 15. The other thing which I’ve knocked a star off for is another customer, who decided to bring her two toddlers along to her hair colour appointment. I understand that arrangements change and it was good customer service from her perspective, but I go to a salon to get away from my children, I don’t want to listen to other people’s! This isn’t a flash salon where it’s all about the experience, so just wanted to highlight that. Great cut though!

My expectations are always very high when it come to hairdressing. And I must say, thanks to Karen I walked out of the doors feeling so happy about my hair. Recommend this place 100%
