Unprofessional, they called me 3 hours before my appointment telling me it was cancelled because someone booked this schedule before me (I booked it 5 days in advanced) and the lady told me I could changed the appointment for the same day but full price. Unprofessional and rude, I’m really disappointed.

Great service from Jordan as always! I went for a complete change in colour, had a chat about ideas when he did my patch test so knew what to expect. My hair came out amazing and exactly what I wanted.
