Jordan was great - listened to what I wanted and cut it perfectly. Thoroughly recommended!
This was the worst pedicure of my life!
1. You don’t lie or sit on a comfortable cosmetics chair, but on some old, uncomfortable chair.
2. The pedicure lady is sedated on a stall that makes her really uncomfortable (which she let me know as well) . So when she treats your feet she has to told up your legs and it’s so not nice and she can’t do the job properly
3. The equipment is not very professional
4. The pedicure lady complained about the music in the salon, her work hours whatever. I don’t care. My day was annoying as well, but I just paid to make it better! Listening to someone complaining actually just makes it worse!
5. The result of the shellac were not good
6. My treatment got rescheduled by an hour. Apparently the manager had called me, but I missed the call and couldn’t call back as it was anonymous. As I complained that no one told me, the manager really said: it’s your fault if you don’t answer your phone. (I seriously can’t believe someone would say that.) and I had to come back an hour later
7. I was told I needed to pay extra for shellac removal. I then mentioned that it was clearly stated on the website that removal was included. The manager didn’t believe me, but then still checked and saw I was right. Told me I was right but didn’t even bother apologizing.
I complained about my treatment and hope that I will at least be able to get the shellac fixed.
