I am usually not the kind of person who leaves negative reviews, but in this case I feel like I need to warn people. Don't go here if you are trying to grow or maintain long hair, especially if your hair is fine/ thin/ damaged. My experience was that the stylist either didn't know how to treat hair gently, or didn't care. I was in pain for the whole styling experience after my hair had been cut, and I didn't even get the cut I asked for. My hair got matted and stuck in the brush they were using because it was completely wrong for my hair type and yet they continued using it. I didn't know what to say to ask them to stop because there is no way of saying 'stop, you're hurting me' that doesn't risk making the atmosphere incredibly awkward and I am a very anxious person. I am so careful with my hair and am devastated that the person I trusted to trim my hair has left me with broken strands and straggly ends from all the damage. Yes, I still have hair on my head but I work so hard to keep my hair healthy that this experience has been so upsetting.
Michaela was did a great job with my wash and blow dry. Service was great, excellent value!
