Quick, friendly and efficient but attention to detail could be better

I booked an appointment for two people but when I arrived there was only one appointment which meant that me and my mum weren't able to enjoy a pedicure together. I've been to this salon before and I think it's gone quite down hill. The toilets were filthy and the nail bar was also looking grubby and needs a coat of paint.
