Better attitude of staff members - the lady who has done my nails twice now is v rude and not obliging. She also cut me by mistake and my nail started to bleed - but there was no apology. I keep coming here but have decided I’m not going to again because the service is lacking.
Had a fabulous first hair cut with Jordan. Listened to what I wanted and what an amazing blow dry - lasted 3 days and I normally have to wash my hair after maximum 2!
Came in on Halloween so the team was all dressed up which was really cool. You can tell Jordan has got years and years of experience and did a great job with my haircut. Very fun team & great location, definitely coming back! :)
Saffron is lovely and very experienced but the polish didn’t last for even the day. It was on too thick so despite me waiting 30 mins for it to dry, one of the nails was ruined.
