Good manicure for the money. Nice place, great music choices ! Only real con was pushing my cuticles back was a little rough, I have fairly hardy hands and it made two of my nail beds bloody.
But the technician was lovely and overall good value
The ambiance is not nice - not well maintained and doesn't look or feel comfortable. I had to sit on uncomfortable chairs both for mani and pedi.
The staff are somewhat nice and friendly but the welcome and getting settled was rushed and cold to begin with.
The manicure and pedicure were of worse quality than when I do it at home. Not well shaped, my nails got filed so much during the removal that they're damaged. And the shellac goes out of the nails - not a great nice neat shape - it flows all over.
On top of that, I had bought a package of mani, pedi and paraffin wax and e-mailed to ask if it included shellac removal. I got an e-mail saying yes. However, on the day I was forced to pay additional £10 for removal as they said I didn't understand correctly. I opened my e-mail and wanted to show them but they didn't care. This was the worst part. Prior to the appointment, I was messed around and changed my date and time about 5 times until I had to give in to get it done at a time that was uncomfortable for me in the end, only because it was such late notice that I had nowhere else to go.
I won't be returning. Based on the service I received nice places would offer a huge discount to apologise but not this place which charged extra for nothing and lied to me over e-mail.
