I love paintbox and the quality is always great - the only complaint I have is the prices need to be a bit clearer. I paid £17 for my refills with normal paint and I usually have shellac over acrylic which would have been £27. But overall I love them :)

Staff are so friendly and check with you at every stage about whether the nails are what you wanted. Staff came over afterwards and complimented the colour. Very friendly.
