The staff are really friendly and my manicures and pedicures have always been excellent.

*They were running late, so I and a couple of other customers had to wait a while.
*Not the most relaxing experience
*Communication was a bit of a problem - the technician who did my nails didn't follow my instructions/preferences

Did have to wait a while as they had not realised I had an appointment as I came in with my friend. But I didn’t mind waiting and my nails are amazing! They always do a fantastic job
