Paintbox is not close to where I live and certainly not convenient but the quality of work means I always come back. They are meticulous perfectionists on cuticles, nail health and skin preparation. They apply polish in careful thin layers which is why I think it lasts so long. There is an excellent range of colours.
The salon is large, well lit and very, very clean.
But beyond all of that, this is a team of lovely people. I bring my 89 year old Mum for Pedicures and Manicures and they treat her with the respect and kindness that they would any fashionista . On our last visit there was a serious discussion on the right kind of subtle glitter that she should have as a topcoat on her fingers. We giggled all the way home.
Always amazing! The girls actually stayed late to finish my nails which I really appreciated.
