Awful experience, made me wait for one hour even tho I had booked in advance and took 3 hours to make me the worst nails I have ever done. Pretended to not understand English and promised me a full refund and said a total different thing the the treatwell team. Wasted 30£ -never again. Run at all cost !!

I booked very last minute and had a few issues with the parking meter outside so was a few minutes late, but everyone was really nice and friendly. Offered me a drink several times, made sure I was comfortable. All the people were really nice and friendly and make conversation. Acrylic infills are done really really well, no bumps, all filed to the same shape, lovely shaping. Toe polish was done really well, nice and neat. Eyelashes are not as thick as I would have liked them to be, but look great, long and natural, blend in really well with my natural lashes. So happy with the service and so pleased they could fit me in on a busy Sunday afternoon!xx
