I was a little nervous at having a massage with someone new but Emily was friendly and adapted for what I needed. She was very thorough and checked with me about the pressure she was using and the temperature of the room. The glass of water was appreciated at the end :)

I booked a Swedish massage with Anastasia for my sister’s birthday and Anastasia was great, she was so accommodating and even gave my sister a card and balloon. My sister had the best time she couldn’t stop talking about it. Thank you so much x

Very warm welcome by the receptionist . Calm surroundings. The room I had my treatment in was warm & cosy with lovely smells. Emily was very thorough & appreciated the fact I wanted to zone out & not talk through the treatment. She delivered a great back massage with the right pressure & the foot massage was fabulous too. I completely relaxed & switched off.

Palm Holistics feels really cosy and relaxed. It's like a little oasis of calm in my day. Great for nail treatments and waxing, of course, but if you want to feel like you've had a little 1 hour holiday in your day, book a facial or a massage!
