I gave clear instructions which weren’t followed, leading to unnecessary and unexpected pain! End result is not what I wanted, and also poorly done:
Wax left on skin And hair remaining in certain places I wanted it removed from, while taken from places I wanted hair to remain. I have dozens of waxes in my time and this was by far the most painful - even causing me to bleed a bit. Would not recommend
