Second time at Palm and I was a little disappointed. Some lint and a black mark got into my manicure and the nail tech was rude about fixing the most visible nail. I pointed it out between coats, so there was time to fix it before it got set in. The shape and colour were good. I booked an aromatherapy massage but the therapist forgot the essential oil, so it wasn’t as relaxing as I hoped.
