The Oxygen facial might sound expensive on paper but considering what you get, including extractions (unless you’d rather not) and at one stage both my therapist Sophia and Grace involved, it’s actually great value for money and I genuinely think it gives real results. Grace is clearly passionate about products and investing in the best new technology and bringing them to the client at a value for money price. She’s very knowledgeable and every treatment feels personalised and un-rushed. The place is beautifully clean. I love a hotel spa day with fizz and bathrobes as much as the next girl but for me, this is hands down the best place I’ve been to for a “proper” facial.
Really happy to have found this place. Massage was excellent and good value for money. Thank you.
Wow. Best massage I've had. Left in a happy daze!
Not sure how old the pictures of this place are but it does not look like this now. It’s looks far more dodgy now. The staff think it’s okay to take calls during a treatment. So I’m being massaged with oils that don’t have the best small, and four times they break off go to answer their phone, the door and then finally their cell phone. Just a joke when you are paying them for time. The last straw was when she left to go start a treatment on another customer. So I got up and left. This place is run down, the service is poor and it was not at all relaxing or worth the money. I have no idea why it is top rated at all. It’s a hovel.
Having been cancelled on twice by another salon I thought I'd give Paloma's a try. Having selected a Balinese massage which was described as 'extremely relaxing' I thought I was in for a treat. Instead when I arrived there was no consultation as such. If there had been I would have selected that I had back problems and that i would like a lighter touch. I was then instructed to wear a paper thong - not really necessary for a massage, and have never been asked to wear different underwear in this situation. I was given a small towel to cover myself, but not long enough to cover my feet which resulted by the end in my having two mini icebergs at the end of my legs due to the cool temperature of the room. The massage itself was rough and painful, I had to keep asking for a lighter touch which had there been a consultation they would have known. I found it an extremely unrelaxing experience, as I could hear people clunking up and down the stairs outside. The next day, far from feeling relaxed I was in serious pain. Will not be returning.
