I had the deep tissue massage. it was amazing. The lady used some warm Chinese herb pillows on me and that was a really nice sensation. She really worked out all the knots, and I had an awful lot of knots!
I felt completely relaxed afterwards.

Great friendly professional service. The staff were lovely. Although I was skeptical about the treatment at first the staff made me feel at ease throughout and I was very happy with my treatment.
Ear Candling
I booked an 'Infrared Sauna Treatment' through Wahanda, and based on the stock photo and stock text here I expected to be led to a small room and left alone to sweat. Not so - I was wrapped up like a burrito on a bed, after a pleasantly relaxing rub down with some sort of moisturising gel intended to stop me drying out. Yes, there's a section where I was left alone to sweat but the bulk of the session was a lot more 'hands-on' than I imagined, with elements of Indian Head massage thrown in as a nice bonus.
So: you get use of the fancy heat wrap thing, inner plastic wrap for hygiene, moisturising gunk, paper knickers (optional, but that area covered by towel and untouched), cups of water, comfy slippers (even though really they're only worn for about 10 seconds) and most importantly the attention of top-notch therapist. And no clock watching. This treatment is a bargain. I probably wouldn't have booked it based on the picture in their own leaflet, but I'm very glad I booked it even though it was not what I expected! Recommended.

Much nicer than it may appear from the outside. Booked very last minute. The waiting area had a pleasant surprise. I was pleased to be offered a cupboard to stash clothes rather than just being expected to leave everything on a chair like some more expensive venues do. I had the half-hour herbal compress massage and was slightly surprised that it wasn't used throughout, but every part of the massage was professional and I left wishing I'd had time to book a longer session.
