The best beauty experience I've ever had. Grace took the time to really listen to my skin needs (terrible hormonal acne on my chin and neck, wedding only 4 weeks away!) and explained everything she was doing and the products she was using. She gave me a great facial (including steam and extraction) and gave me lots of tips and some free samples to try at home. She also suggested an add-on laser treatment for my really big, persistent spots (to be clear, there really is no "hard sell" here - you really trust the advice and the treatments are all value for money in any case). Just 5 days on, my larger blemishes are completely gone and my skin looks on the way to recovery. I can't believe the difference. I even left the house today with no make up on. This wouls have been impossible a week ago. Will be returning twice more before the big day!
