This was the BEST 30 minute facial I have ever had! The minute I walked into the salon to when I left, the therapist, Grace was so kind and made every effort to ensure I had a relaxing time, which I most certainly did. She explained each stage of the treatment, conducted a skin analysis and also gave me a neck and shoulder massage, which was a extremely pleasant surprise! Grace also cleansed my feet and gave them a quick massage to relax me before the facial. After the facial, my skin felt so soft and clean! I would definitely recommend Paloma's beauty to anyone considering having a facial.

Totally enjoyable experience. The venue was very clean and tidy and the staff were really friendly. Loved my facial and got a free neck and shoulder massage. I will definitely be visiting again soon.

Paloma's beauty is the perfect place for a relaxing massage. Despite being in the busy city centre, it's so peaceful and transports you to a relaxation paradise. I had the reflexology with Grace, who was wonderful. I would completely recommend this salon and will be without a doubt, returning for some future treatments.

I moved around the corner from here and made a booking last minute as I was looking a little tired after all the stress of moving. The non-surgical facelift was incredible. I felt like I'd been on holiday by the time I went home and my skin looked noticeably younger and more refreshed. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I have visited several different salons or massage places, this place is the best value and service I have ever been. The staff are kind and warmth. their techniques are remarkable, especially Grace and Cherry. Cupping is quite traditional Asian treatments, you won't find it easily that someone can perform it professionally in European country. The new beauty space are clean and tidy, they have ranged product for men and women. I really recommend people to visit to relax their body and mind.
