Appalling treatment- I had bio gels done and 2 of the nails fell off within 2 days. I went back and had them re-done and the lady said a primer should have been used. Then an hour later another 4 nails dropped off. I have been back a third time and asked for a refund and they refused saying they didn’t think there was anything wrong with the treatment. They didn’t use a primer and didn’t seal the nail at the edge and I’ve paid £30 for nails which now look awful. Very disappointed with their attitude. Should surely be some compensation if ur not happy?
