I tried out the hot stone massage for the first time and have to say really enjoyed it. Was quite a bit different from what I normally go for but left feeling great and all aches and pains gone, wish I had booked an hour now instead!
I have to say Abbie was great from taking the time to find out where I had my aches and pains to making me feel very comfortable and a pleasure to be around. She is an asset to the team, I couldn’t recommend her services more. Thanks Abbie!

I came in feeling really stressedand tense. Courtney was amazing and asked about specific areas that were bothering me the most.
She reallyhelped get all the tension and the knots out of my back and shoulders.
I left feeling a lot lighter and more calm and relaxed.
