Louise is just the best! Came for my first facial and it won't be my last. Louise talked me through everything she was doing - she is always so professional and engaging, I love our chats every time. I've come away with such a gleaming face which I can't stop touching (it is super soft!) Also had the eyeworks treatment and I feel like me again - it's nice to have lovely looking brows š
Salon is always super clean and the rooms to a professional high standard. I just love Pamper and Polish! Xx

Yet again another great treatment. I have lots of treatments here even though i HATE to be touched!! I'm always put at ease with the flowing conversation and I always end up booking again and again. Nails.... eyebrows..... tanning..... massage ..... i always recommend Pamper and polish

The Beauty bed was dirty and full of mud from previous customer which had not been cleaned, I was not consulted prior to treatment and the thearapist just went straight ahead without assessing first what i required, she did not inteeract at any point in order to make me feel at ease, overall a negative experience this time.
