As a male, it’s embarrassing visiting salons for eyebrow, feet treatments and massages. Both Louise and Elle put you at ease immediately with a friendly and mature attitude. I’ve gone from having massages after a tough week at work to regular pedicures, though I don’t tell the lads!

Have been a customer for several years now. I worked in Mcr for years and had been a member of Midland and Radisson Spa so had high expectations/standards. I hadn’t really used a local place before. I was not disappointed. Louise is an excellent beautician who tailor makes my facials to suit my skin. I am now complimented constantly. Along with Ellie, they have created excellent ambience and are so friendly. I trust them with all treatments now from eye brows, tans to manicures and pedicures!
I have had a bad past and don't like to be touched yet I have had massages and facials as well as eye work and nails at Pamper and Polish. The staff are amazing and professional as well as extremely friendly. I am always put at ease with them. Louise and Ellie are a great team and I highly recommend them.
