I arrived on time to my appointment, only to find the front door to the salon locked. I had to go through an adjoining salon. I then waited more than 15 minutes for my appointment, with a woman from the adjoining salon saying my technician wasn't ready. When the technician arrived, I received no apology for being made to wait. The technician also doubted which treatment I had booked - insisting I had booked for Brazilian when I had in fact chosen a Hollywood wax. Altogether, I was quite disappointed with the appointment.
