I treated myself this as a birthday present, fantastic treatment overall as always.
It's my second time there, chose a bright red colour and she did it very well. It looks very nice on me. The gel removal was free as I booked the new gel appointment so good value in this sense!
Really friendly staff who made the process almost pain free (considering!). Would recommend to any one who is looking for a quality wax treatment.

I booked a deluxe pedicure 5 days in advance at 6.15pm and was informed that I needed to arrive at the salon 15minutes earlier than my appointment to ensure my nails dried. When I arrived at the salon the front door was locked and I entered through the hairdressers next door to be told that the beautician was with a client downstairs I waited until 6.10pm and then thought I should possibly notify the beautician I was there, when I did the beautician wasn't aware that I had been told to arrive 15 minutes earlier but advised me there wouldn't be any time post pedicure to allow my nails to dry and after I told her that someone had telephoned me to inform me to arrive 15 minutes earlier she stated she had a client booked in across this time so that couldn't be possible. After a short debate about whether the nail varnish could be applied at a more convinient time we both decided I would have to leave the salon with wet nail varnish as they had no nail driers to speed up the process and would have to sit in a cafe until it dried. The beautician treating me was nice but I feel I have had better experiences in other salons.
