Great professional treatment in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with knowledgeable and friendly staff. I would definitely come back here.
Have been to pampered twice now, and both times was seen about 15 min late. The staff seem under quite a bit of time pressure.
Both times I had a 3/4 leg and basic bikini - both of which were fine, getting most hairs and leaving only a few stragglers. However, this time the bikini wax really irritated my skin, and I actually have a few scabs now - as though I had grazed myself. Wasn't impressed!
Fairly well done gel nail with a choice of nice and elegant colour. She made sure that I was happy with the shape of of my nail cut as well as the layers of the gel.
I was the last one in for the day to get a shape and paint, the atmosphere was much less buzzy. They are an Essie salon with a wide range of colours yet even with a base and top coat and two layers Essie seem to strach so easily! They take time to carefully cut an shape, so it wasn't short of a manicure.
I had a good experience at Pampered. They are very efficient and it is good value. I will definitely return.
