I originally intended on just having the Shape + Paint Mani/Pedi which the woman on the phone informed me included pushing back cuticles, once she starts doing my nails she informs me that she will push my cuticles back however not cut them off? For that I need to pay for the Express Mani/Pedi which i found ridiculous as you cannot push them back and then not cut them. Nevertheless i told her to continue with my pedicure to which she says theres no way she can paint my toe nails if the cuticles arent cut off? Its very convenient she would decide this half way through the pedicure. Terrible service and one of the most unfriendly and miserable woman iv ever been served by. I definitely will not be returning.

Brilliant all round! Everything about pampered is fantastic. Great value and service and amazing treatments. Highly recommend and will return again and again!

I had a manicure and a pedicure done by Sandra. She is great and the treatment was exactly what I expected.

I had a platinum pedicure with them, I am very happy with the result and recommends this place. The only thing needs to be careful is that the Google Map and City mapper don't seem to be directing the correct location.

I was overall quite satisified with the treatment. Sandra was great, efficient and very friendly. It was little pricey though.
