I booked an appointment for eyebrow threading last weekend.While the threading was absolutely fine,I found the lady who did it unpleasant.She greeted me with the most annoyed look on her face and generally gave off a very bored impression.Not saying one has to be overenthusiastic about doing a treatment but it gave me a very unwelcome feeling as a customer.In addition,the offer was for 12.60£ while she charged me the normal sum of 15£.I just couldn't be bothered at that point to argue with her so I left it as such.So overall the treatment was satisfactory but the "customer experience" wasn't that great.
Sunbed is okay. Staff was very cpnfused with wahanda voucher and didnt know what to do. At the end i had tp wait gor half sn hour even though it was booked and was late forcmy next appointment
The overall results were good yet I don't feel like the equipment and polishes are good quality and super steralised.
The salon is hidden away on upper street. It is very small salon and the pedicure is done at the back corner of the salon. I wasn't offered any magazines or a drink. Overall the service was average but good for the price.
I've had a few waxes here, each time with a different therapist. The service has been consistent. The staff are professional and they know what they're doing. And the wax itself is nice, which I think makes a big difference. No frills, not especially fancy, but a solid wax.
