Although the therapist was a little late so I had to wait a while, she did a great job. Really liked the shape of my eyebrows and she was very lovely. Second time I've been to this place and would very much recommend.
The beauty salon is nicely decorated with a relaxed feel inside. I was welcomed by a receptionist woman who was very kind - she offered me tea/coffee/water several times and made some pleasant conversation.
Another woman did my pedicure and she didn't make any conversation with me, which wasn't a problem, but she didn't seem overly happy to be doing the treatment. Inbetween moments I could hear a conversation between the two women about difficulties they were having at work - while that didn't bother me I imagine other customers would find that to be unprofessional behaviour.
I had the deluxe pedicure which was a huge treat after I'd just completed a 100 mile walk. Even though I had a few blisters the beautician didn't seem phased, which I was grateful for. The treatment itself felt pleasantly long and thorough - I was really happy with the finish.
Fine but left some of previous polish on and didn't file/shape. Nice staff though and great location, close to Highbury and islington
Really good, but was unsure exactly what products/brands were being used on me, would be good to know next time!
Pampered Islington is a little pink salon in a really handy location on Upper Street. The staff were really kind and friendly and asked the right questions to help tailor my treatment. My facial was very thorough and really relaxing (might of dropped off at one point!). FYI they only take cash so go to the cashpoint first! Would definitely return.
