I was welcomed and treated on time the therapist was really friendly but didn't really explain what to do (I.e. I was told to get ready but not what 'get ready' means! Important if you are new to this!) nor was I given a towel to cover my modesty which is what I am used to. The waxing was effective and she was incredibly efficient - got through the treatment well before the allocated time. Another this I would say is that they didn't pull the skin on my legs taught to wax them happens often but is a pet hate of mine! Overall though I would go back
Went there after they had applied everlasting nail polish 4 weeks ago and there was no chip! I will definitely come back!
Very professional staff! As always the salon is very clean and the staff is both very friendly and knows what they are doing.
This is a cute little salon on Upper Street - everything is pink! The staff are lovely, really welcoming.
The gel nail treatment was okay. The £30 does not include a full manicure, so I paid an additional fee to get my cuticles sorted out, so it didn't turn out to be amazing value.
It's no luxury spa but the girls there know what they're doing and threading was professional and well executed. Good value for money.
