I came here for a defuzz before a wedding, after another salon cancelled last minute. Despite booking eyebrow threading, the therapist pushed me to have eyebrow waxing -- ignoring my pleas I've always had a bad reaction to wax on my face. Sure enough, 48 hrs later, you can still see red marks and bumps on my face in the photographs of the wedding. Also, the prices on Treatwell indicated I'd be getting a discount on the going rate, but the price list in the salon were less than advertised online. I paid £18 in cash for the eyebrow wax, which I'd like refunded please, when the in-store price list said £14. Overall, the treatment was rushed -- it started 15 minutes late -- and the therapist a little rough. But the leg + underarm waxing was effective, which is the only reason I've given three stars for those treatments. Avoid.

A rather abrupt and at times rude service from my eyelash tech unfortunately. One word and dismissive answers to simple questions about my treatment .Asked me what I wanted then cut me off and told me to get on the bed. Then abruptly being told while mid sentence " Ok, just sleep because you're blinking your eyes! " . Not gentle when moving my head either ! Not what I expect from a well established salon, known to Upper Street for decades ! Won't be going back there for a refill either . My lashes look natural and that's great , but I've had a fair few fall out since I had them done. I'd rather pay more and get treated better elsewhere to be honest.
