I don't know whether or not staff were having a bad day however, I was not satisfied with the service I received at Pampered.
-Staff often had to attend to other tasks during my treatment (answering calls/accepting payments from other clients).
-While I was asking the nail specialist to file my nails in a certain way (to prevent getting ingrown nails in the future) another member of staff loudly interrupted our conversation and suggested I see a specialist if I have an ingrown nail.
Experience wasn't great as their wifi wasn't working so when I first arrived they couldn't find my appointment or that I had prepaid. It also meant they were 25 mins late for the lady booked after me which created tense atmosphere in the salon. Manicure has not lasted - big chip after two days and finish was a bit ragged on left hand.
That said salon is handily located and seemed clean enough
I have been served by both Sandra and Lulu, happy with the service, always appreciate that nice cup of tea they served during the pedicure!
