I had a platinum pedicure done with a regular nail polish. Big was my surprise when 2,5 hours after the pedicure the nail polish was still not set and all pedicure got ruined when I put on my shoes... great disappointment when qualified staff dont realise when they use too much nail polish. Also on the day I decided to get my legs and eyebrows waxed (booked directly in the Salon and not through Treatwell) - due to some ingrown hair the therapist left a huge patches of unwaxed hair (both ingrown and not!!!) on my both legs and when doing my eyebrows she hurt my skin to blood above both eyes when trying to remove short hairs with tweezers. I now look like someone attacked me... Very negative experience - I will not be returning!!

Very nice and efficient manicure. Extra care to ensure the manicure doesn't get damaged.
