First experience at Pampered - the salon itself is lovely and has a great ambience and the lady that did my nails and feet was very sweet. Fantastic conversation etc. However, she was 20 minutes late to start the appointment and then she took longer than normal to complete both treatments. I usually go to My Nails on Highbury corner, which is quicker and the end result was of higher quality than here. Overall the lady was nice, but my nails are not to the usual standard I would expect for the price paid.
