had a lovely manicure done - the staff were super friendly and made sure each nail looked exactly right. Properly pampered, would recommend it!
Sandra was great, knew what she was doing and explained what she was doing at each stage. She was very professional and great at putting me at ease. So much so that I ended getting my eyebrows waxed and tinted. Very pleased with all the treatment I got.

Lash technician was very sweet so its hard to give a bad review, but it was clear from the start of the treatment that the application was unskilled and the whole treatment was rushed, and even painful at times. The lashes looked clumpy and straight, and large clumps of eyelashes had been clumsily glued to each other, instead of to the natural lashes. Because of this, large clumps of lashes have already started falling out just 2 weeks after the treatment! Not very satisfied considering the treatment was not cheap (£70 for 3-4 week infills). Would not go back.
Wax was fine - the girls seemed to be very busy so the service was a little bit rushed.
