I would tell my friends that the staff were lovely and service was quick.
The tanning booth worked a treat, I got a nice even tan.
unfortunately they were quite rude but the stand up sun bed works fine... be prepared for unpleasant customer service though and even if you have an appointment you'll still probably need to wait a while
Treatment by Sunbeds Only
I went for a brazilian wax and it was fine - I was generally happy with the result. However, I found the experience a little more painful than normally and the ambiance could be nicer. To go to the treatment room you need to pass a lot of staff areas which is just a bit weird. The beautician did not take me back to the reception after the treatment - I had to find my own way so thanks god I remembered - there were quite a few other doors I could have taken... Also the beautician was nice but did not engage in conversation which was fine by me but I could expect many women looking for more chat to relax!
