I booked for a Hollywood wax here and will not be going back. Whilst the staff were lovely and super friendly, the environment was awful. The treatment room is located in the basement, and you have to walk through the staff kitchen of the adjacent hairdressers to get to it. Once inside the room it is very small (wasn't bothered by this), but also freezing cold and worn down! The towel on the bed was stained, and the whole place looked like it needed a lick of paint. At £28 it's mid-higher priced for the area, and in my opinion poor value for money. I will not be booking any treatments here again.
I booked an appointment but there was a 15 mins delay because somebody else was using the sunbed. No staff was there to provide assistance.
Treatment by Sunbeds Only
The staff is really nice and the waxing well done. The room could have been slightly cleaner, but my overall experience was good anyway.
Absolutely sweet girl. However too much work on cutting the cubicle and given my skin my was sensitive and very dry then so I was hurt in the end. I am however a regular to this place and will still go back.
