This is actually my second review as my first experience was absolutely glowing but clearly very dependent on who you get as your manicurist. Based on recommendations in my previous manicure, I set up for a longer manicure treatment this time around. During my last visit, I came a little earlier and was offered a coffee, made to feel super comfortable and felt that a LOT of detail was paid to my nails, cuticles and overall comfort. During this visit where I paid for the longer manicure, it was actually a poorer experience than my last manicure with no attention to detail, cuticles hardly cleaned up and left with nails looking poorer than if I had done them myself. In short, it is highly dependent on who you have do your nails at the spa. In the future I will only book appointments when I know who my manicurist will be!
