The actual Pedi was great - not only did the technician do a good job, they were polite and customer focused.
What lets Pampering Paradise down is a) the mis-management of bookings Vs walk ins. If you’ve booked you end up waiting and treatments are rushed due to back log; b) the place needs a good clean, there are boxes etc everywhere.
