It took me a couple of days to write this review as I’m still shocked about what happened. The people here are very nice and really make the place. But I went to get eyebrows waxing and when that was done part of my skin under my eye was removed. No one mentioned to me and when I got home it looked really bad. It seems like it might scar, which I’m very sad about. Im even more sad that it was never truly pointed out to me how bad it looked and what really happened. I expected more from them.

My 4th wax at this salon and honestly this was the best wax! I got full body wax done and Hetal's attention to detail was fantastic and she did a fantastic job. We chatted throughout, so it helped take my mind off the waxing and I felt very comfortable around her. Some parts were a bit painful, especially the sensitive areas but to reduce pain, Hetal immediately pressed down to stop pain immediately. She asked me about if the wax temperature was ok a few times too. She knows what she's doing!

Felt very rushed. I paid for a pedicure luxury - which is advertised as 40 minutes treatment - I was in/out in 25 mins including taking old nail polish off. The hot stone massage lasted less than 1 minute. Would of rather of been offered standard pedicure if they didn’t have capacity or shouldn’t have allowed for booking. Pedicure finish itself was ok but not worth the extra ‘luxury’ cost.

Hetal is always so friendly and does an amazing job. Almost painless! Really recommend this therapist.
