Booked an appointment for 12pm and was waiting with my feet in water for over an hour until 1.10pm when my treatment eventually started. I would maybe understand that for a walk in but when someone has booked and paid for an appointment it is unacceptable. I felt unable to leave because I had paid, and therefore was really late for other arrangements. This salon clearly takes bookings when they do not have the staff to fulfil them, and I was not kept up to date on when my booking would start.

Hetal was extremely careful and patient with my waxing. I have never had hot waxing of my bikini line and she was brilliant. Her manner is very calming and reassuring. I will definitely ask for her again.
