Didn't actually visit the salon, I purchased the voucher for my fiancé (back and shoulder massage) when trying to book the treatment for him I was made aware that the salon was actually a LADIES ONLY salon!!! They failed to mention this when advertising there offers through Wahanda! I spoke to a girl in the salon that didn't really know anything about it and told me to phone back when her boss was back from her holiday. Needless to say I phoned Wahanda customer services who issued me with an immediate refund! Maybe next time when using external websites they should mention its a ladies only salon in the terms and conditions, saves confusion for both partys!!!
