My first visit for a consultation after several weeks of pain following a flare up of arthritis that left lasing back issues. Papaya was very efficient and thorough, explaining clearly what she was doing and why. She identified issues I hadn't even mentioned and even though the consultation was only 20 minutes it has helped with a full hour follow on session already booked for next week.

Wasn't sure what to expect from my first experience of a Thai massage but despite some painful moments (as Papya said no pain no gain!) as she sorted out why I was experiencing certain plains in my leg muscle it was clear after two days that the massage has helped me feel more relaxed when walking. I will visit again at some future moment to continue getting the improvements to last more long term.
