Very friendly therapist, knowledgeable in her role, and was reassuring throughout.
The wax was great, nice and quick, minimal pain and skin was smooth afterwards.

This was so much more than a lash tint. I was having a really tough week, and Ermira was so caring, she gave me a complimentary neck massage whilst waiting for the tint to set. Aside from melting away the tension, I was deeply touched by Ermira's warmth and generosity. A healing experience, thank you. And I will definitely be back for a full massage!
