The wax therapist isn’t Lycon trained and couldn’t comprehend that the pre-oil is key to making the wax painless. Due to this, I was unable to get my Hollywood wax done and ultimately lost my money because my hair type requires the proper Lycon procedure. I am going on holiday and have been severely inconvenienced by this. The wax therapist lied and stated that she was unable to give me a refund because Treatwell is the only one able to do refund and it’s Sunday so they are closed. This was a lie after speaking to Treatwell today. The therapist offered to do an eyebrow tint as goodwill but has now told treatwell that it was to make up for the Hollywood wax. They are not equal cost wise so that makes no sense. Also the wax therapist double dips so be aware for sensitive areas. Ultimately I’ve lost my money and my holiday preparation had been messed up. A business run on dishonesty and malicious intent will never prosper. And don’t reply to me because I’m in Bethnal green all the time.
