Awful experience from the moment I walked in the door, the staff are miserable and acted like I was inconvenience for turning up to an appointment I had booked and paid for!! They burnt my skin with the eyebrow wax. She then did an awful uneven hon on my hands and feet. Nail varnish all over my hands a feet, she cut my nails all uneven and abs used a dried out nails varnish. I was charged for shellac removal £10.00 to sit and scrape my nails and skin- I could have done this myself. She then didn’t put sandals on me and made me walk across the dirty floor to in my bare feet. She refused to refund me for the shellac removal or eyebrow wax even though I was burnt and also in pain from the rough scraping m. DO NIT WATSE YOUR MONEY HERE. Two and half hours it took to come out bitterly disappointed.

I booked a file and paint via Treatwell. The address on the confirmation is incorrect as they have moved to 68 from 93 High St. When I arrived I was asked to wait as they weren’t ready. Bhuli kindly cut my nails, filed them and then she painted them. I had to wait for the polish to dry, but by that time she had called another client in, so I was left just sitting waiting. Eventually I checked my toes were dry and then I paid and left.There was no atmosphere and staff spoke in their own language.

Not a very ambient room. Ok massage- felt quite rushed, didn’t start playing music until 10 mins in and adverts playing- not very relaxing. Left door wide open when she left the room at the end so no privacy to change.
