Booked a 10.30am wax but there was only one woman on staff. She apologised, took me into the room, mentioned her colleague wasn’t due to start till 11. She did the wax for me, but kept the door ajar in case someone came. Felt rushed and distracted

It was an 'okay' experience. I had my lash extensions removed but they just used this glue remover that you can maybe buy in amazon. Not a proper removal. It stung my eyes.
