This was the first time I was here and I can just recommend this place! The staff is welcoming , the atmosphere is nice and bubbly. I had an upper lip threading which was professional , quick and amazing !! Would come again definitely
I booked and had full head highlight today , 2 Senior stylist worked on my hair and also a younger lady, all very professional. Morgan (I think she is manager) knows the colors and shades very well , after putting tuner on my hair , she wasn't satisfied herself and and repeated it again. The result is perfect, better than I expected.My boyfriend is also surprised . I think it is an actual special offer. I gave them good rates generally.
I was really suspicious about the quality of the services quoted as offer (Highlight , cut and Blow dry for just £49 ). But I am very happy with the results. I asked about the brand of the colour used on my hair and found that it is Majirel, the same brand my previous hairdresser was using , but she was charging me £120 for the same services. Although they had 2 more customers for Highlight as well, they are really fast and efficient at least on doing the highlights, the hair cut took a little longer than expected, but it was worth it. The have many customers for eyebrow threading and it caused me to try it for my first time it was a little painful , but Fay is really an artist , she completely re-shaped my eyebrow just for £8. I got their price list and think they are all O.K. booked for full leg Waxing with Fay. The Salon was a little noisy , but it were customers talking to each other. I recommended the to my sister.
I chose this salon based on past reviews and went over their website. I do not like exaggerated reviews and it is not fair if we pay X expect the services that will cost 2X or 3X .
Anyhow staff were friendly on the quiet day I arrived and the salon is bright, clean and in a very convenient location. I had the head tint and cut option with a lady who was very efficient. Not very chatty but personally, I don't mind this.
She was very thorough with the colour and I was impressed with her attention and skill. Maybe it was quiet but I felt I was being well looked after.
The haircut was a little longer and in hindsight was checked very well . The blow dry was done expertly if not a little overdone for what I would have personally chosen. But again, cannot fault the attention she paid and I felt well looked after.
I am particularly wary of new salons as I feel my Asian hair is a little harder to manage. The colour is fine though.
So I would recommend this salon , and i hope they can keep their prices and offers for a longer period.
Good location and professional and friendly staff. Good chats but concentrated on their services . I was 20 early and, although it seems a bit busy, I was taken as I arrived which was a plus for me. Clean facility including the toilet. The treatment took longer than expected but the result was really good. Staff take pride in their performance and Fay is a perfectionist! I had Threading , Facial and waxing and you feel well cared for. I'll definitely go again when I need to and would certainly recommend the salon to anyone I know. There are good places for parking the car that is very important for me and they gave me a one day visitor scratch card to use instead of pay & display.
